Steve's Jag on display. It was purchased and restored by my friend Joe Vitale. Thanks Joe the Jag looks great, and I know Steve would have been really happy to see it in such fine shape. We hope we can display it at future events

On the left is some of Steve's fitness equipment from his home gym. To the right is Steve's bedroom furniture from Oakland when he was a teen, as well as his trophies, recliner, and lamp from the ranch.

Here are some small historical items such as the Key to New York, Long Ride From Hell script, personal photos, a Mr. World item, and Mr. America coin. Below is the chain that Steve used to lift George Eifferman by his teeth.

Other documents including passports, posing trunks, wedding rings, watches, his mother Goldie's driver licenses, credit cards, and wallet.

Steve’s many plaques and his Mr. America jacket. The exercise bike on the left belonged to Roland Essmaker, the very first Mr. America (1939). Before passing away, Roland donated it to us in memory of Steve.

On the top left is Steve’s hat and jacket from the movie A Long Ride From Hell. Below to the right is his saddle from Morgan the Pirate, along with other saddles and a authentic 1880's Calvary saddle (plus some miscellaneous ranching items).

Pictured here are the Gold 1st place and the Bronze 3rd place Sandow trophies from the Great Competition of 1901 in London, England. These are the only two know statues to exist of the three presented that year. The Gold Sandow was presented to William L. Murray of Nottingham, England and the Bronze Sandow to A.C. Smyth of Birmingham, England.  Steve won the Bronze at the 1950 Mr. Universe Contest and was presented the Gold in 1977 as a lifetime achievement award. This is the first time these two trophies have been together at an event since 1901.

The dinner show is about to begin and photos are being taken of the Gold and Bronze SANDOW STATUES from the 1901 Physique Contest held in London, England. These are the only two existing statues from the contest.

Dave Dowling holding the trivia contest. Great job Dave! On the right is our panel answering questions from our attendees. From left to right, Dave Dowling, Milton Moore Jr., George Helmer, George Coates, and Sandra Reeves. Asking a question is independent film producer J.R.

Our very special guest Sandra Reeves, Steve's lovely first wife and dear friend up to the end. We presented her with her silverware that she had not seen for over 50 years! We love you Sandy, and I'm sure Steve would be very pleased that it's back where it belongs.

A special thanks to Dave on the new book he put together and all the support and major help he supplied for the event. I would also like to say to Mary, Dave's wife who continues have some very difficult health issues, that we are all praying for your quick recovery.

Here’s Dave Dowling doing a seminar on Steve’s films. Dave and George Helmer have been working together on Steve Reeves projects for many years, and they will continue to bring us more entertaining events and products for the future.

Thanks to David Olson (pictured here with me) who sent us some great event photos and helped with our packing.   Many other people also gave us a hand, and I thank them for all they did. I plan on posting other pictures later, including pictures of these wonderful people.

Thanks to all who attended and supported us at the Festival.

We will get a page up on our site for all the photos taken at the event. Everyone had a great time, and we had a great time having it. A special thanks to my wife for all the hard work she put into the event and for supporting my vision. I love you very much!

Thanks also to Deborah Stewart for all her support and gifts she donated to the Steve Reeves Foundation. And thanks for stopping by on Saturday and seeing the displays.

Meeting with Milton T Moore Jr.    UPDATE

For the full story please read below. After meeting with Milton a few times over the year he said that he would like to update his book with 20 more pages, and not reissue the book as it is. The 20 pages would contain additional celebrities photo's signed to Steve. I have tried unsuccessfully to change his mind and told him that many fans would like to have his book just the way it is. At this point with all that we trying to accomplish I will move on to other projects. I wish Milton much success and hope he get it published. The first book sold somewhere around 1,200 copies. Milton is a great guy with his own vision about what he wants to do.

Meeting with Milton T Moore Jr.    March 16, 2007

I met with Milton in Los Vegas where it all started for me with Steve Reeves International. When I went to Los Vegas to see a bodybuilding show in 1985 I purchased a book from that show called Steve Reeves One of a Kind from Steve Reeves who had a table selling Milton T. Moore Jr's book. Now 22 years later I have talked to Milton and plan to re-release his original book Steve Reeves One of a Kind. I have been trying for many years to have Milton release his book but he was not interested. After our meeting this week we agreed to work on several new projects together including re-releasing the book. Another project we will be working on is Milton Moore Jr. complete photo collection for the Steve Reeves fans. I will tell you more about this later. In case you don't know much about Milton he is one of the largest if not the largest collector of movie photograph in the world. He has more than 400,000 negatives in his collection and makes photos from his negatives. To find out more about Milton go to his web site at www.miltontmoorejr.com

Moved to the O.C.

In 2005 We have moved our operation south 70 miles from Malibu to Mission Viejo a South Orange County California town. Last year we purchase a home in the beautiful hills of Mission Viejo. Both of my daughters play club soccer for the Socal Blues and the drive down from our home was too much for us so we decided to move. My oldest daughters team won the National Championship this past year that was help at Disney's Wide World Of Sports complex in Orlando Florida. Her team is ranked #1 out of hundreds in the U.S.

We will keep our Post Office Box in Malibu for now but will also have one here in Mission Viejo. The city is located a few miles south of the Orange County airport (John Wayne International Airport). We're located just about 10 minutes from some of the greatest surfing beaches on the West Coast, where you will find me when I'm not working on Steve Reeves projects..

Here is the book you have always wanted to have. The Ultimate Steve Reeves film book. Dave Dowling and George Helmer have researched Steve Reeves for well over 20 years and have crafted the greatest book that will ever be written on this legendary star..
